Past

Nutt St. Comedy Room opened in the basement of the live entertainment venue/laundromat- Soapbox Laundro-Lounge in 2008. In 2013, the beloved Soapbox, and subsequently the Nutt St. Comedy Room, closed its doors.

Timmy Sherrill and Cole Craven, who had previously worked together at Nutt St. and the Soapbox, brought The Dead Crow Comedy Room to life in 2014.

Present

Dead Crow was hatched in a dark basement on Front Street, and reborn on bustling Third Street in 2021.  The showroom, much larger than it originated, now shares a space with Lush Garden Bar, the perfect hide-away to grab a drink and a snack from one of the regularly hosted food trucks.

Lush features a spacious and elegant indoor bar, and an inviting-lush-outdoor beer garden. Lush is open 7 days a week for all of your craft beer, cocktail, and wine needs. Dead Crow offers live comedy Thursdays through Saturdays with weekly events featuring nationally-recognized talent. We strive to bring you not only comedians seen of film and television, but also up-and-coming talent ready to take off.
